Many homes include a balcony or terrace, and select homes offer spectacular city views. Gateway West Loop is also LEED certified.

Yes, Gateway West Loop is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 for one dog or $650 for two dogs. Breed restrictions apply.
